We have a Panasonic NV-DS27 vidio camera which has not been used for about 18 months. We got it out recently and switched it on to find that there is a message on the screen which says 'Please re-operate after pressing the reset button' but there isn't a reset button on the camera. We have tried pressing the reset button on the handset, but it has not altered things. The whole camera is jambed. Nothing works. There isn't even a picture through the viewer.
