can't access features

i tried the "four hour / overnight unplug method ) but that did not work. obviously i need to open up the case and reset the memory manually, ( yes i know a tv has a 40,000 volt grille, and yes I have been shocked by one before... very scary, i guess it is like being hit by a lightning bolt ) so, can you provide that tech data, or is there a secret method to reset the eeproms ?
