Picture looks like an Andy Warhol Painting. Colors are washed out, and when it is good, it never lasts.

I just bought a TV used. I tried it out before I bought it and everything looked normal. Color and picture looked great. I read somewhere that unplugging restarts factory settings, and it definitely had to be unplugged in order to move it. When I plugged it back in at home, the picture was all messed up. The picture switches between looking like a comic book,an Andy Warhol Painting, mostly normal but really washed out, or like a film negative. Sometimes it looks great for a while, but after 20 or 30 min it gets messed up again and stays that way. I don't know what the problem is.
