SONY PS-LX350H

i have this sony model i bought rom the USA , which has a 110/120 volts tramsfoer in it , but i want to turn t into 220/240 volts to enable me use itin the UK. i dont need the step up tramsformer , but need to change the transformer the main unit itself . hope you will be able to help ,
