Can I adjust the screen size on a JVC AV-35BP4 TV?

This might not be the solution, but when the JVC AV-35BP4 TV is on, it seems like the screen is too big at the top, I say this as it looks like it is going beyond the top and looping back down over itself, does this make sense?
