HomeSONY TV picture shrinking with horizontal lines through picture. My 1997 SONY TV suddenly has tons of horizontal lines going through the picture and the picture ahs shrunk up from the bottom and a little from the top. Is this the end of the TV? Should I pay for it to be fixed? Thanks for your help!

that's a very old tube model. CRT's are all but history. I would not spend a dime. new LCD HDTV are really dropping in price. id spring for a new one. |
