halo everyone,.. Thanks God, I had already fix the problem,.. if you still keep your driver folder before you were install new windows, then you are saved. Just go to control panel -> device manager -> imaging device -> then right-click for update driver... browse and locate where you save your driver folder,. clik OK, wait for a second,.. and THATS IT!... you can use your motion eye again.... good luck guys..!
