JVC model AV-27850 will not power on.

Fell asleep with it turned on & working fine. When I woke-up my screen was dark . The led power light was blinking instead of steady .Un-plug the light goes out re-plug it goes back to blinking ! I have little ability w/electronics & very little money due to illness & a disability . Thanks for any help !
