I am having SONY HANDYCAM DCR TRV285E Model. I am facing problem in cassete Loading mechanism. When the cassete is loaded in ,it doesn't go inside.It remains partly outside the case. I can not close the door.But without cassette the mechanism goes inside without any problem.What do i do to solve this issue? always it displays the message Re-insert the cassette.I have tried with no. of new cassets.But still the problem persists.
