HomeEAting tapes? I have the GR-SXM330 and when I put in a tape it makes a funny sound ( which I now know is that it is eating the tape) and then I get the Error 2 message. Anything I can do?

E-02 (or maybe 0-03 at some point) is a warning that the cassette spindle is not turning properly, and if this is not caused by a defective cassette (carefully try another) then its an internal drive defect that requires the case to be separated for investigation. |
