No kidding guys... dropping your camera on the floor works! My sis and I both own cybershots and this error happened to us both. My sisters worked after the 2nd drop and we had to drop mine a few times and bit harder to get it working again. Thanks heaps everyone!! I was about to buy a new camera too :)
