Your model is an analogue one, so you cannot couple it to your PC in the same way as you would with a Mini-DV type, so the only way of getting your video footage into a PC is with the PC being fitted with a analogue capture card. Its much simpler and less expensive if you just transfer your tape into a DVD recorder then put the recorded disc into the PC's disc drive, taking it you have some video manipulation / editing programme installed.
