camera reader is dirty or disc are unreadable

Open your camera back take out disc. With a q-tip and a very small amount of alcohol swab the eye of the reader with the wet end, dry it with the dry end of the swab. Be careful not to leave lint or residue on the reader. If this does not solve your problem try an old disc to see if the camera reads it. You may have bad new discs.
