i have same problem but when i use sony disks burned at 30 to 40x speeds they work ,any other bran burned at 24x speeds they do not work and give me E-04 code and ejects the disk all original disks work fine, i dont know that you are getting problems with every disk or just the disks you burn , you can mail me further
