Some advice for JVC GR-DVL150E

I am having an E04 error on my jvc camcoder modelno.GR-DVL150E.Error reads remove and reattach battery(unit in save guard mode).I removed the batter and use only electricity same problem pls advice.Also I'd like to know where I can find its manual!
