Low budget event

we are pre planning and budgeting for an event late next year that involves using new vision mixing technology that our institute has never worked with before. Wat i am asking for is a suggestions on good vision mixers or switchers that have at least 8 inputs and 4 different outputs. We have all of the other necessary equipment needed we are just trying to figure out how to get the 4 different images to output simultaneously without using 4 different mixers as we don't have the budget for this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
