JVC Model AV-36330, 36S33, 32330, 32S33

I own one of the models listed above (not exactly sure which one). When doing a channel scan, the scan stops at channel 125. My cable provider offers channels above 125. How can I access these higher channels? My remote control model is RM-C255.
