Our Panasonic SA-HT70 cannot disc skip nor cannot open the disk tray to change the DVD diskette playing. We can only play one DVD diskette and cannot play skip on the other DVD

Our Panasonic SA-HT70 cannot disc skip nor cannot open the disk tray to change the DVD diskette playing. We can only play one DVD diskette and cannot play skip on the other DVD. Any idea how this can be fixed? Thank you for your response.
