WIll my mini dv player upload video to the internet?

Hi, I got your email from the Pechorin forum. I am really trying to figure out something about my mini dv player. Will my model upload to the internet? Let's say I want to upload a video to youtube, can my mini dv player (jvc model gr-d30u) do that? No usb cables were provided with the camera (although audio and visual cables were). It looks like there is a place for a usb cable to plug into, but I tried a couple of cables and couldn't get any to fit. Would you be able to help me with this please? Thanks!! Mike
