My JVC AV-32S585 has no picture but does have sound. It is out of warranty. Is this a bulb issue and if so where can I find one?

I have a JVC AV-32S585. It is no longer under warranty. It has no picture but it does have sound. From what I have researched it my be a problem with the Bulb? I have looked for a replacement bulb on-line but cannot find one. When I called JVC, they had no idea what I was talking about and offered to sell me a picture tube for $1030.00. I can buy a new and better TV for that. ANy help would be appreciated
