Help with our picture problem

Our JVC 27" flat screen recently started shaking and the picture gets so that you can't even read the numbers or letters.Even a DVD will sometimes shake while watching it on this tv. We purchased the tv in april of this year. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much. model number AV-27S776
