Additional note on F70 fix

The original fuse in the Panasonic HE200 was a 125v 2A (125 volt, 2 amp) fuse. Neither Radio Shack nor local repair/parts store had such a fuse. After hours of research I learned that you can use a 250v 2A fuse. You can go higher on the voltage, but NOT on the amperage. Further, it is NOT recommended to replace fast-blow fuses with the slower, "slow-blow" fuses. Unfortunately, you cannot tell whether the original fuse is fast or slow. So I replaced it with a 250v 2A fast blow fuse, which WAS available at my local Radio Shack. (Boy, it sure would be nice if the Radio Shack personnel knew a little something about what they sell, but it seems that their training leaves much to be desired). My receive works fine again. IF it blows again, I will replace with another quick blow. If it blows a third time, I plan to replace it with a slow blow, hoping that was what the original fuse was. By that time, I would have nothing to lose. If the rest of the receiver gets fried, I'll roast marshmallows on it, then throw it out with recycled trash when it's too cool to roast with. Oh, and then I'll replace it with a different brand. Hope this helps somebody else who is desperately trying to avoid disconnecting 3 dozen wires!
