To get my new JVC TV repaired fast which is with the authorize service center,(Service center name ADONIS) in Cochin, India, for last one month

IDONT KNOW IF I AM SENDING THIS COMPLAINT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. IF SO I AM SORRY.WILL YOU BE ABLE TO HEL ME IN PASSING ON THIS COMPLAINT TO THE RIGHT AUTHORITY? This TV I have brought in Dubai and took to india. After a week I found a black line on the screen. Eventhough there is a Branch near my residence they told it is only a collection center and if I give it there it will take long time to get it repaired. They have adviced me to take it to the above mentioned service center which is 100 KM away from my house. It was told they will return it in 20 days since the spare part has to come from Singapore. But now after 30 days I have not got it rectified. What should I do to get it rectified faster? Further details of the TV I cannot provide now since I am in dubai now.
