The JVC Mini Camcorder was purchased for my daughter last Christmas. After a month's use, she took it back to Walmart because the battery wouldn't charge. They told her she probably left it on charge too long and there was nothing they could do. I JUST found out that its been sitting in the box all year. We their new baby, this was their big Christmas gift last year. Do we have any recourse?????? Janet Setser 229.599-2958
