Power outage today, have it hooked up to power strip, but Tv won't come back on..Is it blown?????

I think my tv blew today when the power went out due to ice. I can't seem to get a picture, the light on the front that reads standby/timer is blinking. Do I need to call a tech or does someone have an idea what is wrong and I can try something else...The power strip it is plugged into ..did that blow?
