UPGRADE DISK PROBLEM

Sir, I have JVC CA-MXDK5 having a problem, when I plug it the disk tray will open.When you try to repeat it again the tray will be close and then an UPGRADE DISC appear on LCD.What is all about and how can i fixed it..
