It's out of original warranty now so I'd be very grateful for your advice on what we can do. Many thanks Mark

Full info sent via the direct e-mail link. It should be emphasised to anyone else who may be reading this posting and suspects that their camcorder might also be suffering from a similar problem, that an element of urgency exists into obtaining the "free" repair due to the special offer expiring at the end of the month.
