looking for a recording head for the camcorder

My camcorder doesn't work for half a year becouse of the broken head. There is no professional service in my region. I'd like to find the head (approximatelly VEG 1573) for my Panasonuc AG-DVC15E. I'll find a way to insert the head into the camcorder.
