Homejvc tv problem i have a jvc tv model av-27f703. when the set is turned on nothing happens except the red on timer led starts blinking this problem is mentioned in the troubleshooting section of the instruction book is this a common problem and is it worth fixing, because in about a year you will need a box for analog tv's thank's alot t milligan

Blinking power led usually means PS secondary side voltages problem. If you look nearby you might see darkened pcb area due to heated components. Most components involved need be checked or replaced but only after resolving Power Supply. Good luck. |
