JVC AV-32F704 problem

I am missing selections on the Initial Setup menu. I can no longer turn on the component input selection because the option is no longer there. Also the option to turn off closed caption has disappeared. They were there at on time but have disappeared. How do you reset the JVC AV-32F704 unit back to the factory reset condition as it was the first time I plugged it in? Unplugging does not work.
