There is a reset button or hole to poke a pin in or something which instantly resets the CD. The dealer who sold it to us did it for no charge..

    Hi there, Thanks very much for that, I pressed the reset button once and it worked immediately! Saved me a trip back to Halfords. Many thanks Scott
