If this cost effective to repair?

Hello, I have a Sony and it was knocked to the ground last week. Now when i turn it on the camera wont focus and this pops up and blinks: E:61:10 I am sure this is due to a lens crack, Can this be fixed and is it cost effective? All the best, Daniel Stanton 212-887-0909
