Convergence out in upper left corner

This seems to be a common problem on this model in about 5 years of use. The red fell about 4 inches and the convergence screen does not fix the problem. I pulled the cover off but Im not quite sure how to fix the problem. If anyone has done this before and would or would not recommend me to do it myself, let me know. Or if you could give me some kind of step by step that would be great.
