I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST BEST BUY AND SONY

I BOUGHT A 51 IN.SONY T.V FROM BEST BUY, IN 2004. SO FAR IT HAS BROKEN DOWN TWICE. THE FIRST TIME UNDER WARRANTY AND IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO FIX, NOW THAT I DON'T HAVE WARRANTY ANYMORE IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS AND IM STILL WAITING. I AM WAITING ON A PART TO COME IN AND THE ONLY ANSWER I GET IS THE PART IS ON BACK ORDER AND IT SHOULD ARRIVE DEC 7. I TRIED TO CALL BEST BUY TO FIND OUT WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG AND ALL THEY SAY IS THAT THE PART IS ON BACK ORDER.I TRIED TO GET THEM TO CALL THE MANUFACTURE TO FIND OUT WHEN THE PART WILL BE HERE BUT THEY WONT EVEN DO THAT. I TOLD THEM I WORK I CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF I HAD A CUSTOMER THAT WAS WAITING ON A PART I WOULD CALL THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE PART AND FIND OUT WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG. THIER ANSWER IS THEY DONT KNOW WHO THEY GET THE PARTS FROM.I THEN WANTED TO KNOW,IF THEY DONT KNOW WHO MAKES THE PART THEN HOW DID THEY ORDER IT. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY ARE LYING TO ME AND DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED.
