Help required for SONY Home Theater DAV-DZ200

I have a sony home theater DAV-DZ200, when I put on the set it flashes a message PROTECT UNPLUG, as per the manual I tried disconnecting the speaker even after that the problem still continues. Can anybody there advice me, before I approach the SONY service centre.
