Model no. PD-42V31

Hi. I have a JVC PD-42V31 which has a intermitent fault. On power up i get sound but no picture. After switching in and out of standby up to about 10 times the tv will come on and will stay on all day without any problems. When the fault occurs led 8004 on the smps illuminates red.
