Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply. I cannot get the on-screen menu to appear to be able to use it. All I have is a pinky/purple/deep red picture. The stand by light indicator flashes 5 times at each power up. I am led to believe this indicates an issue with the AKB circuit. ?? Thanks again, Alex
