JVC GR-DVL150E does not load the DV cassette.

I have a JVC GR-DVL150E that stoped loading the cassette. It just whirls for a hwile and spits it out. All other functions work, and it loads without the cassette. I can't see if there is anything broken either. Thanks for any reply. Olav...
