Bottom panels fell off=need help

Need information in setting both panels in place. Each panel about 2x8 inches and plastic tip on top and two screw in plastic on each end. Can't figure out how panels keep in without falling back out-dont see any clamps as the end screws in a small plastic don't seem to have any benefit. Please advise what keeps panels in place without falling out. Thanks
