JVC TV AV-2649S. The picture is bigger than the physical tube and I can't find a way to adjust the picture. Is there a service mode or does the cabinet need to be opened? There are no adjusters on the back of the TV set. The problem causes sports stats at the top of the screen to be mostly cut off and crawl info on the bottom of the screen to also be mostly cut off. The picture simply needs to be made smaller so that the entire picture will be visible. Thank you!
