Lost cause !

I too purchased this 36" direct from Circuit City early 2003. I have read many reviews of this product and realized that this tv is a piece of crap. Great when it works ! Love the features ! I brought it in to 2 repair shops. None of them could fix it. I complained to city hall and only had to pay one of them $60.00 for pick up and delivery. Pays to know the city clerk I guess ! I believe Sony should reimburse partially all consumers who purchased their piece of crap product.
