I found this online but have not tried it yet, I just did the search now but it has been bugging me for about a month since I got my blazer back from the car service guy who had to disconnect the battery for something. From what I remember, just hold down the select button (the button in the middle of the volume) until the time starts flashing. Then press the skip track button to go from hours to minutes. Use the volume to move hours or minutes ahead. Hope that helps (I havent used it in a while).
