Model GRD200EK I have tried to use a head cleaning tape and keep receiving a message saying the machine is in safeguard mode Error E03. On capturing the video to my pc, I get a high pitched squeeking noise, and yet when playing the tape back through the camcorder or via tv, this does not occur. Any help will be very much appreciated.
