error code:c31:30 if you push eject error code C32:30

Problem is with capstan motor (not turning)Eject casette - after dismounting-by external power supply unit 3VDC.loading motor is down right side corner - apply reverse polarity (black wire is positive). Don't use any power! capstan motor repair is big job- it's held half day me.
