take it to a radio shake .for 20 dollers they will send it of an chak it .if it can be fixed they will let you know. if you wont it fixedthey will fix it or send it back an you get your 20 back . I havemt taken mine yet its doing the same thing i dont have the maneual for it , do you have yours thankes pam .
