DVD & CD not reading

All of a sudden the DVD's & CD's are not reading in my Panasonic SA-HT 96, been working fine for years! ANy ideas? Anybody with a manual if you could send through, much appreciated. Have lost mine after repeated house moves and can't seem to find a copy onlne. Many thanks
