Physical description of convergence board

I have a similar issue of not being able to move the vertical red line when I do manual convergence. There was one resistor burnt so I took it out and replaced it, however that one turned red and melted the solder. What needs to be replaced now, and can you give me a physical description of it? I have called to ask what to replace and the customer had no physical description. Is number ssb-5068a a silver box or is it the entire brown colored board?
