How to clean a projection TV

I have a 52" rear projection TV that has a couple of baseball sized yellow spots on the screen, slightly lower right of center. I took it apart and used a monster cleaner with lint free cloth on the plastic screen, mirror and lenses. Although this improved the picture quality as far as colour and brightness goes, the yellow spots are still there, and now the left side of the screen has a yellow tint which I didn't notice before. It isn't noticable watching most TV shows, but when a hockey game is on, with the white background, it is very appearant. Any suggestions are appreciated.
