Home | Previous messageive been having the same problem with my new c763. It turns on for a couiple seconds, shows "Lens error 17" and "Lens error 27" then shuts off. the first time i turned it on, the lens came out...but when it shut off, it never depressed back in. Now its stuck out....does anyone have any fixes to this? i tried to above suggestions and nothin worked. Thanks

Mine has the exactly the same problem! lens 17 then lens 27 and then wont do anything! what did you end up doing?! Same problem here too folks. Apparently Kodak has a defective product here. Lets send them all back without postage and include a big brick, so Kodak has to pay a few bucks for postage. I bought thid right before my vacation and Kodak owes me big time! |
