Converge on JVC AV48WP34

Eric I'm having alot of red and alot of shadows, cannot adjust the coverge. I'm not bad with electroics if I only now where to go. any manual for this unit would be great.

Convergence failure. Replace both chips and probably a couple of biasing resistors.

any luck with this problem ? I have same problem with red lines bowed at topof screen and red off everywhere else
